By downloading, installing, or using Wane ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Wane is a wellness application that connects to wearable devices to analyze biometric trends and provide burnout risk assessments. The App is for informational and wellness purposes only and is not a medical device.
Wane is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The scores, insights, and alerts provided by the App are based on statistical analysis of biometric trends and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Wane provides wellness monitoring, not clinical assessment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for health-related decisions.
You must create an account to use Wane. You can register using Apple Sign In or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to algorithms, design, text, graphics, and software — are owned by Wane and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wane and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that risk assessments will be accurate for every individual.
You may delete your account at any time from the App's Profile screen. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
